Samsung introduces the Olympic Games edition of the Galaxy S10 Plus

Samsung has been a sponsor of the Olympic Games since 1998 and will be sponsoring by 2028. Samsung has been traditionally releasing a special edition of its flagship at every Olympics.
This year Samsung has selected the Galaxy S10 Plus for the Olympic Edition. On the back of Samsung's Galaxy S10 Plus Olympic Edition is the logo of the Tokyo 2020 Games as well as the mobile carrier Dokomo.
Samsung has introduced the Galaxy S10 Plus Olympic Edition with exclusive Galaxy Wireless Buds.
Only 10,000 units of the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus Olympic Edition will be made. The phone is set to start in late July. In Japan, these phones will be offered through a partnership with mobile carrier DoCoMo. The Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus Olympic Edition is priced at $ 1,000 or 900 euros.

It was unclear whether the phone will be offered in countries other than Japan. The guess is that this phone will only be offered in Japan.
Samsung will also provide exclusive content with this phone. In the past Samsung has been launching special apps with phones and streaming the Olympics in VR.
Samsung has previously released Galaxy Note 8 in 2018, Galaxy S7 Edge in 2016, Galaxy Note 3 in 2014 and Olympic Edition of Galaxy Note in 2012.
